Our experienced and dedicated manufacturing team are committed to crafting exquisite products with an expert finish, meeting the bespoke demands of our client’s requirements.

From toilet and shower cubicles, reception desks, doors and lockers our experience team provide the exact specification and high-quality finish that all of our customers have received over the past 17 years.

8 Step Process

1. Consult

Our specialist management team will be available to discuss your requirements to look at what you are wanting to achieve and be able to consult on any solutions or options your project requires.

2. Advisory & Samples

To understand anything in our consultancy stage, we can provide you with any samples of the materials being used within your project so you can be fully satisfied before we manufacture your product.

3. Site survey

Our surveying team along with senior workshop managers will arrive on site to produce a detailed site survey to enable the design of your product is accurate and more importantly will fit on site.

4. Design

Our team will then design your product to give you a clear view and understanding of what is going to be built allowing you to make any final amendments if needed, eliminating any risks of surprise once your products are built.

5. Quote

We will then provide you with a detailed quote which provides an in-depth specification of what we will supply to you.

6. Manufacture

Our manufacturing team will then begin the process of manufacturing your products, utilizing the latest CNC operated machinery complimented with the traditional proven hand joinery methods to provide you with the highest of quality products. Our highly skilled joiners also carry out essential quality checks during and after your products are completed.

7. RAMS and Installation

RAMS (Risk & Method Statements) will then be provided to you, ensuring the project will be completed safely. Whilst our specialist joinery team will come and install your products into your facility

8. Customer Service

Following the project completion, our office team will remain on hand and in contact to ensure everything has run smoothly and hassle free.
